2. SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the website unidecohome.com.
3. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Buyer agrees and declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the basic qualities of the product, price, payment method, and delivery conditions.

The Seller agrees to deliver the product in full, in accordance with the qualifications stated in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals if applicable.

If the product cannot be delivered within the legal timeframe due to force majeure, the Seller will inform the Buyer and may offer a refund or replacement.

The Buyer shall inspect the product upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product.

To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email or in writing within this period.

Products returned must be unused and in a resalable condition, including all accessories and original packaging.

Shipping costs for returns under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:

Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal needs or made to order

Products that are unsealed and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
5. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.

The Seller is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Buyer.
6. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

All payments are processed securely via the payment systems available on the website.

An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the Buyer’s email address.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer resides or where the transaction was made are authorized within the monetary limits defined by law.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
This contract, composed of 2 (two) pages, has been drawn up electronically and becomes valid upon the Buyer’s approval of the order.
